OSP for Jira Service Desk is an internal tool that enables teams to log direct customer interactions from Jira to the CRM seamlessly. By eliminating the need for special permissions, it enhances security, prevents potential breaches, and reduces time spent navigating between tools. This solution is now widely adopted across all teams managing direct customer interactions through Jira Service Desk, improving efficiency and compliance.
I was responsible for overseeing the entire design process of this tool, from defining the look and feel to shaping its behaviors and ensuring strong tool recognition. My responsibilities included designing and coding the UI, as well as leading internal training and marketing efforts for the tool. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with a team of developers, a product manager, and a trainer to deliver a seamless user experience.
